@simonbs tell me you've seen every slide deck I've ever prepared without telling me you've seen all my slide decks ...
@mergesort the Mophie 3-in-1 charger is my savior when traveling. Doesn't matter what connector on the device, and everything gets charged at the end of the day with a single brick.
@kyle @mergesort ... it's the exact reason I upgraded ...
@chrishannah This happens to me randomly sometimes. It's my least favorite Apple Arcade game ... drag the volume slider to zero, watch it pop back up just a little, drag it to zero, it pops up ...
@alexcox ONLY two days behind? I'm jealous!
@mvo "speed-of-light fiber optic", you know, as opposed to that other speed of fiber ...
@drdrang yes, I’m using Feedbin. When I add the feed locally, it does show up correctly.
Interesting side-note, NetNewsWire properly centers the equations in the post, but ReadKit does not.
@drdrang I'm curious what you are using to generate the MathML?
@jamesthomson instead they put a giant tv screen inside Vision Pro.
@jamesthomson There's a PCalc TV???
@clockwise @jeffcarlson @jean My trick for getting the Siri volume set is to ask her to tell a story. That makes her talk long enough that you can get the volume set how you want.
@agiletortoise I prefer my eggs free-range ...
@dnanian thankfully I think mine is old enough it doesn’t complain at all. Hopefully it lasts a long time. 🤞🏻
I also went from Reds to Ironwolfs a few years ago. Been very happy with them so far.
@dnanian It's a shame newer Synology systems nag you about using third-party drives.
@vincent@micro.blog It's an interesting idea, but paying for something once used to require hundreds of dollars for some software packages, where a lower fee paid monthly is more affordable for a broader group of people. I think there are strong arguments for SaaS models and pay once models depending on the product.
For that matter, 37signals makes a good living off their SaaS products ...
@johnvoorhees I resemble this comment ...
@mliberatore that is genius!
